Over the past 8 years, Terry has secured tenants for all 3 of my rental spaces in Hout Bay. She can best be described as an astute professional with a kind heart, who fosters relationships with respect and grace. Her attention to detail and applied due diligence - in qualifying and signing up a potential tenants - is simply air-tight which allows for peace of mind for both parties. Yet it is in the moment of uncertainty, where one requires a reliable sounding board, I have found this to be so with Terry.
