Terry’s immediate response to my request was impressive. She followed up with a booked viewing and meeting with the landlord within 24 hours. Her efficiency extended to sending the application documents while still at the viewing, (she’s good!).
Soon after sending her the documentation she required of me, she returned with the outcome of the application within hours. A two day turnaround time was such impressive service, and everything anxious clients in a flooded market appreciate.

Terry is a beautiful open- hearted human, invested fully in her clients, making me feel at all times she was in my corner and wanting to help me secure the premises, which she did.
