LLANDUDNO RENTALS REVIEW
We are happy to say that we have had a bumper few months with rentals in Llandudno and are delighted to have placed tenants in 10 beautiful properties. We attribute this trend to the migration of people from other South African provinces, local Capetonians moving from other suburbs, and International Corporate clients choosing Llandudno as their base.
The increase in both South African and International interest in Llandudno has been a reflection of a move towards choosing to live away from inner cities and traditional busy suburbs, to an exceptionally beautiful area like Llandudno which offer that close to nature experience, with beautiful beaches, open spaces, sea and mountain views and above all …room to breathe. Llandudno offers a more balanced and peaceful work-home lifestyle in a truly glorious setting.
Llandudno is also unique in that it has no commercial outlets and our clients simply love that they’re away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to drive to the centre of Cape Town in just 20 minutes.
We have also signed a few Corporate leases recently and an observation is that Corporates relocating highly valued executives, are extremely particular about placing families in a prestigious, safe and secure environment. Llandudno of course ticks all the boxes and we have been receiving more and more enquiries from this sector.
Traditionally, rental enquiries pick up over spring and with season just around the corner, we urgently require more rental properties (both long-term and short-term) to add to our rental portfolio. There is a demand for both furnished and unfurnished options and rentals can be expected to range from R35 000 per month for bottom of the range homes, up to R100 000 per month and over for more luxurious options.
