Our team are highly skilled qualified professionals who are passionate about the industry. The founders Margie and Clare have been involved in the real estate industry for many years. Clare initially worked in Marbella in southern Spain selling residential homes and exclusive developments whilst Margie sold two of Cape Town’s largest beachfront developments on the Atlantic Seaboard. They now concentrate on the beautiful coastal haven of Llandudno concentrating on the luxury home market.
Arlene Mackenzie formerly a director and founder of Durr Estates joined CWE in 2012 and alongside her business colleague Fiona Thompson head up the extremely successful Hout Bay team selling a variety of real estate from luxury homes in and around prestigious security estates, apartments, small holdings and plots of land.
Terry Mackenzie runs our very active rental department for both long term furnished and unfurnished lettings to short term holiday rentals. Terry is an expert in her field and is highly regarded in the rental industry.
Gabriella Lupini joins Cape Waterfront Estates as an Intern Property Practitioner, bringing a background in marketing, management, digital strategy and client communication. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of presentation, client service and building professional relationships. Having grown up in the area Gabriella has a natural love for the coastal lifestyle. Her interest in property, people and lifestyle marketing inspired her move into real estate, where she brings a fresh perspective, strong work ethic and client-focused approach to the Cape Waterfront Estates team.
