Clare initially worked in Marbella in southern Spain selling residential homes and exclusive developments whilst Margie sold two of Cape Town’s largest beachfront developments on the Atlantic Seaboard. They now concentrate on the beautiful coastal haven of Llandudno concentrating on the luxury home market.
Arlene Mackenzie formerly a director and founder of Durr Estates joined CWE in 2012 and alongside her business colleague Fiona Thompson head up the extremely successful Hout Bay team selling a variety of real estate from luxury homes in and around prestigious security estates, apartments, small holdings and plots of land.
Terry Mackenzie runs our very active rental department for both long term furnished and unfurnished lettings to short term holiday rentals. Terry is an expert in her field and is highly regarded in the rental industry.
Alison Eastwood brings over 18 years experience working in Corporate HR and Recruitment coupled with marketing and advertising. With a background in psychology she has made a considered choice to pursue her great passion for real estate.
Alison specialises in the sale of homes along the Atlantic Seaboard including Camps Bay, Clifton, Fresnaye to Higgovale and surrounds.
