Our team are highly skilled, qualified professionals. The founders Clare Putsman and Margie Mackenzie have been involved in the real estate industry for 36 years. Clare initially worked in Marbella selling residential homes and exclusive developments whilst Margie sold two of Cape Towns largest beachfront developments on the West Atlantic Seaboard. They now concentrate on the beautiful coastal haven of Llandudno.
Arlene Mackenzie, formerly a director and founder of Durr estates and Fiona Thompson head up the Hout Bay Team.
While Terry Mackenzie runs our rental department for both long term and short term lets.
Alison Eastwood brings over 18 yrs work experience in Corporate HR & recruitment, coupled with marketing and advertising. With a background in psychology, she has a passion for understanding her clients needs coupled with a strong work ethic and friendly empathetic nature. She has made a considered choice to pursue a career in property as her passion for the profession has developed over time. Alison specialises in the sale of homes along the Atlantic Seaboard including Camps Bay, Fresnaye, Higgovale, Oranjezicht, Tamboerskloof & surrounds.
