After graduating from university in the UK with a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Psychology, Clare Putsman moved to the Costa del Sol in Southern Spain where she began her real estate journey as sales consultant for a luxury beachfront development in Marbella. She had a long and successful career selling many prestigious properties in Mijas Costa including the luxury estates of Los Monteros, The Marbella Club and Puento Romano situated along the famous “Golden Mile” while commuting between London and Marbella.

After relocating to South Africa she continued her real estate career in Cape Town, initially with a management role in the overseas property department of a local property company.

After joining Margie in 1994 they both had a vision for locating Cape Waterfront Estates to Hout Bay. Clare has a real passion for the industry and has sold numerous properties in Llandudno, Hout Bay and surrounding areas. She is a consummate professional who prides herself on always going the extra mile for all of her clients.

As with Margie she is also a long term resident of Llandudno and specialises in real estate in this beautiful bay.
