Capetonian Margie Mackenzie graduated with a Social Science Honours Degree and a Property Development Diploma from the University of Cape Town. Beginning her career with the leasing and management of commercial property she quickly moved on to selling two of Cape Town’s largest developments on the West Atlantic Seaboard; Woodbridge Island and the prestigious Dolphin Beach.
After the successful completion of sales at Dolphin Beach in Bloubergstrand Margie teamed up with Clare Putsman in 1994 and Cape Waterfront Estates was launched in Hout Bay. Margie is a long standing resident of Llandudno and with her extensive local knowledge specialises in the sale of luxury homes, property for renovation and land in this beautiful coastal enclave.
