Capetonian Margie MacKenzie graduated with a Social Science Honours Degree and a Property Development Diploma from the University of Cape Town.
Beginning her career with the leasing and management of commercial property, she soon moved on to selling two of Cape Town?s largest beachfront developments on the West Atlantic Seaboard.
On completion of the sales, she decided to start her own business and Cape Waterfront Estates was born
