Arlene Weinstein, a true property professional was the co-founder of Cape based Durr Estates in 1969 which she grew from a small company to 48 branches and franchises in the Western Cape which she sold to Nedcor.
As Managing Director until 1994, Arlene was involved in commercial industrial sales, development projects and syndication in Johannesburg and was a delegate for the Western Cape with Wesgro to Taiwan and Hong Kong attracting huge foreign investment to South Africa.
In 2012 Arlene joined Cape Waterfront Estates to continue her successful career selling numerous and varied properties in Hout Bay.
She still has a real passion for real estate and always goes the extra mile to find the right home for her clients.
