Despite all predictions we are delighted to say that we have had a very busy January so far negotiating sales and rentals in both Hout Bay, Llandudno, and Constantia with an upswing in enquiries for all areas including the Atlantic Seaboard both for purchasing property and long term rentals.

Based on general stats information we are likely to see consistent sales for well priced properties brought to market by our motivated sellers. The mid to lower end of the market is attracting the greatest number of enquiries in all areas and our qualified buyers are without doubt looking for correctly priced property at the top end of the market too and this segment of the property market is also extremely price sensitive.

We have also had an unprecedented floury of activity from a renewed semigration trend particularly with families relocating from Gauteng seeking homes to purchase as well as a huge demand for rental properties.
